Jake's Neighbourhood Grill

It is the best place I have ever eaten, the staff was fantastic and I thought the portions were perfect for my appetite. I had the Santa Fe Salad and they were very accommodating of my allergies. Also, the Cheesecake was AMAZING it is like heaven on a plate. The service also exceeded my expectations, especially after eating at the many near by chain restaurants which tend not to care if you ever come back. It was warm, inviting and I will be going back!

I had heard so many people rave about this place so I finally tried it. WHAT a disappointment!!! Far overpriced for the portions, the food wasn't cooked by anyone who truly knows how to cook ... some place this was for a 1st date! Normally I wouldn't complain about a meal but my date, who works in the food and beverage industry, wasn't going to just sit by and not say anything. At least they were accommodating and refunded a fair amount of the bill. The only good thing here was the service, our wait person was great.
