The service overall has been terrible!!! After many issues on many occasions I contacted head office and they offered nothing for all the hassle I had gone through. Been to many locations and never encountered the issues I have with this one. Huge delays at the drive through, up to 20 min wait at times on 2 visits; they were often not stocked with very basic menu items I ordered after a long wait in line. After about the 5th time this happened, I decided never to go again and file a complaint which basically went nowhere.
